These Terms apply to the Northern Spark Electrical website and its online quote-request tools. They are website terms and do not replace the written quote, work authorization or other agreement that may apply to an actual electrical project.

1. Website information

Website content is provided for general information about Northern Spark Electrical services. Northern Spark represents its electrical service as licensed based on the business owner’s confirmation. The website does not publish a specific licence class, certificate title or licence number unless separately verified. Project requirements vary by property, existing conditions, applicable codes, permits, utility requirements and the confirmed scope of work.

2. Free quote requests are not contracts

Submitting information through Spark does not create a contract, guarantee acceptance of a job, reserve an appointment or create a binding price. Northern Spark may need additional information or a site visit before confirming scope and pricing.

3. Written pricing and scope

When a project proceeds, the applicable written quote or service agreement controls the confirmed scope and pricing. If site conditions or requested work materially change, additional work or pricing should be discussed and approved before proceeding whenever reasonably practicable.

4. Response times and business hours

Northern Spark targets responses to online quote requests within 2–4 business hours during Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM. Requests received outside those hours are handled during the next applicable business period. This response target does not guarantee immediate availability for the requested work.

5. Emergencies and safety

The Estimate Assistant is not an emergency monitoring service. For an urgent electrical issue, call (403) 601-1600. If there is fire, smoke, an immediate threat to life or another emergency requiring public emergency services, contact the appropriate emergency service.

Do not touch exposed wiring, remove energized equipment covers or enter an unsafe area to take a photo for the website.

6. Photos and information you submit

You should submit only information and photos you are authorized to provide and that are relevant to the project. By uploading a photo, you allow Northern Spark Electrical and its service providers to process that photo only as reasonably needed to review and respond to your request, subject to the Privacy Policy.

7. Payments, deposits and refunds

This website does not currently process online payments, deposits or purchases. Therefore there is no website checkout refund policy. If an electrical project later involves a deposit, cancellation term, refund term or payment schedule, those terms should be stated in the applicable written quote or service agreement before payment is made.

8. No marketing enrollment from a quote request

Submitting a quote request does not by itself subscribe you to promotional email or text marketing. Project-related communication may be sent or made to respond to the request you initiated.

9. Website and brand content

The Northern Spark Electrical name, logo, website design and original content may not be copied or represented as another business's work without permission. Project images must be used only where Northern Spark has the right or permission to use them.

10. Third-party services

The site relies on third-party infrastructure for hosting, security, file storage and transactional email. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Website availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but temporary interruptions, technical errors or outdated information may occur. If the online quote tool is unavailable, call Northern Spark directly.

12. Intended users

The site is intended for people who are able to request electrical services for a property, business or project. It is not designed as a service for children.
