Access, correct or delete your information

You can contact Northern Spark Electrical to ask about personal information submitted through this website, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion where applicable.

What to include

• Your name.
• Your Estimate request number (for example, NS-20261022-1234), if you have it.
• The email address or phone number you used for the request.
• Whether you want access, correction or deletion.

Do not send government ID or other sensitive documents unless Northern Spark specifically explains why identity verification is necessary.

Formal access or correction requests under Alberta PIPA should be made in writing. Email is the simplest method for this site.

What happens next

Northern Spark will review the request, may take reasonable steps to verify that the request relates to you, and will respond in accordance with applicable privacy requirements. Formal PIPA access/correction requests generally require a response within 45 calendar days unless a permitted extension applies. Some information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for an active job, legal obligation, accounting record or dispute.

Optional project photos are configured to delete automatically after 30 days even if no deletion request is made.
